As long as you have an internet connection, and the computer can get to a website, we are able to remotely connect to your PC -with your permission and help- and are able to assist you and fix your issues quickly. This is great for customers because it allows you to get problems resolved fast.
On-Site Technician Services
- On-Site Technician Services are available for our Residential customers. Sometimes, when a PC is no longer working or not getting to a desktop - the PC needs to be physically looked at. Other times, customers may be wanting to install a new Wireless System or Camera system - in these instances, we offer On-Site services to come to your home and help get these devices set up for you, or potentially fixed in the case of non-working computers.
